Mustard Seed Development Center, MSDC, is always preparing to rehab existing homes in the Summit County Area.  These homes will be marketed to MSDC Homebuyer Participants that have completed the Homebuyer Education and Counseling programs.  We are soliciting volunteers looking to improve our community and assist first time homebuyers live out their dreams of becoming a Homeowner.
