Mustard Seed Development Center has been in service since 2000. For 25 years we have been blessed to offer services that assist families on how to select an affordable, decent and safe housing units. One of the ways MSDC has been able to assist you is by collaborating with other agencies that have received funding to offer our community financial assistance to maintain your housing to avoid foreclosure or/and evictions.
As a non-profit HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency, we are able to offer workshops that educate individuals on how to make sure the place you select is best for you and your family. The services you receive are conducted by HUD Approved Housing Counselors to provide one-on-one individual Counseling Services free of charge to you.
