Homebuyer Seminars and Counseling Webinar via Zoom

Items you will need to complete your Assessment:

CONGRADULATIONS!.

You have completed the four HomeToday educational seminars in partnership with Third Federal and Mustard Seed Development Center. The next step is to meet one-on-one with a HUD Approved Housing Counselor to create a personalized action plan and budget.

MSDC will need the following documents to prepare your assessment meeting 24 hour priors to the scheduled zoom meeting.

Please Provide:

1. Copy of each attached document listed below:

2. Copy of the front only of your Driver Licenses of everyone that will be on the loan

3. Copy of the latest 30 days of income verification for each person on the loan

4. Copy of statement showing you have funds to close/information on where money will be coming from (Please mark out your Bank Account number on all pages)

5. Copy of HomeToday Forms for 4 weeks of tracking your spending worksheets

Once MSDC receives these documents, we will contact you to set the zoom Assessment meeting appointment by email letting you know we have received the documents.
