Items you will need to complete your Registration and the Individual Zoom Assessment:

Thank You for working with MSDC Staff to find out what is needed to purchase your home and find Down Payment Assistance in the community

STEP 1:

In order to be registered for the seminars. 

​

Everyone Must have an Account with MSDC.

​

Click button:      "MSDC HT Homebuyer Registration" on the MSDC Website:  www.mustardseedcdc.com

​

PLEASE ONLY CREATE 1 - ACCOUNT.   Use the same email address.

​

If you have an account already, go back to registration page and  sign-in.

​

When you get your verification email that you have created an account, click onto "View Zoom Details"  and find the list of documents below to print off.

2. MSDC Homework Booklet and Forms

STEP 2:

 

MSDC Assessment Documents Needed:

​

1.  MSDC Homebuyer Intake Form Package 

​

Also Please Provide:

2.  Download and complete the document "MSDC Homebuyer Intake Form Package" above

3.  Copy of the front only of your Driver Licenses of everyone that will be on the loan

4.  Copy of the latest 30 days of income verification for each person on the loan

5.  Copy of your BANK Activity for the past two months.  (Please mark out your banking account number on each page of the Activity Statement)  Be ready to discuss information on where money will be coming from for closing.  

6.  Copy of HT HomeToday Worksheets for 4 weeks to track your spending worksheets

After we receive these signed documents, you can call in to schedule to meet one-on-one with a HUD Approved Housing Counselor to complete your individual counseling.   To prepare for your scheduled appointment you must have these documents in our office 24 hour priors to scheduling the zoom appointment.  If we do not receive the documents 24 hours prior to the appointment, your counselor will have to cancel the appointment and reschedule after we have completed the intake process.
